Checkpoint breakdown
Cell colours: on target (load ≤3d, ETD ≤3d, ETA ≤5d late) · up to 4d over · worse. BL breaches = BL received ≤ 2 days after departure. Bunched = orders in unplanned same-time arrival groups (≈ includes estimated ETAs). Everything follows the global filters.
Act now — upcoming bunched arrivals
Estimated ETAs (≈): there is still time to stagger releases or pre-alert the customer before the cash hit.
Largest open gaps vs plan (orders)
Orders with the biggest loading or ETD delay in the current selection.
Monthly volume shipped
A month's plan = orders whose planned plant-loading date falls in that month; a month's actual = shipments by actual plant-loading date. Actual dates come only from the follow-up sheet and the P&L closing file — never from the plan file. Bars = 2026 actual (filtered) and same-month 2025 total. Dashed line = planned volume (30-03-2026 snapshot; ADC / hold / cancelled excluded) — the plan line follows your area / country / customer / month filters. 2025 bars are company totals only. Plan-side customer and line matching is by name, so different spellings between the two files may not match.
Delivery status of filtered shipments
Arrived = actual arrival recorded and passed. "Departed (BL issued)" = BL exists but vessel departure not yet recorded in the follow-up sheet.
Monthly summary
Planned vs shipped volume by month
Planned = orders with a planned plant-loading date in the month; Shipped = actual plant-loading date in the month (both under the current filters, ADC / hold / cancelled excluded). Months after June are the planned pipeline not yet in the follow-up sheet.

Vessel departure (ETD): actual vs planned date
Average delay trend by loading month (days)
BL receiving date vs vessel departure — rule: BL date should be more than days after ETD
Shipments breaching the rule (BL ≤ threshold days after ETD)

Unplanned same-time arrivals
Groups of 2+ orders reaching the same customer / country / POD within 3 days of each other, while the plan did not schedule them together (planned ETAs more than 3 days apart, or missing). Arrival = actual arrival, or the carrier ETA from the P&L closing file (marked ≈) when no actual arrival is recorded. Responds to all filters. Bars = bunched orders per arrival month; dashed line = number of groups. Click any row in the table to expand the order-level detail.
Performance KPI matrix — one row per
Every row responds to the global filters. Planned columns come from the plan file (ADC / hold / cancelled excluded, bucketed by planned plant-loading month). For Line, plan matching is by first name token (plan uses combos like "CMA/HAPAG"), so planned volumes can overlap between lines; for POD the plan file has no POD, so planned columns are blank. ETA gap uses actual arrivals, or carrier ETAs (≈) when no actual is recorded. Bunched = orders in unplanned same-time arrival groups (same customer, ≤3 days apart).

Avg ETD delay and BL-rule compliance use only shipments with recorded departure dates (Jan–Mar). "ETD within 2d of plan" counts departures no more than 2 days after the planned ETD.
